Getting started
Six steps from signing up to your first paid delivery. Most studios do the first five in one sitting.

Create your studio
Sign up with your name and studio name. Your order form is live straight away, and a checklist on your Overview walks you through the rest.

Add what you sell
Under Services, add your packages and individual services, with prices by home size if you charge that way, and how long each takes on site.

Make it yours
Under Branding, upload your logo and pick your colours and typefaces. Every client page and email follows, and the preview updates as you go.

Set your hours
Under Setup, then Availability, choose your days, hours and base address, so clients only see times you can make, drive included.

Connect payments
Under Settings, then Billing and payments, connect Stripe or Square. Clients pay into your own account before their downloads unlock.

Share your link and deliver
Copy your order form link from the Overview and share it. When a shoot is done, drop the media on the order and press Deliver.
Questions, answered
Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?+
No. Your clients pay into your own Stripe or Square account and Brakket takes nothing from it. You pay Brakket for the listings you deliver and your processor its standard card fee, and that's it.
Is white-label really on every plan?+
Yes. Your logo, colours, typeface and layout apply to the order form and every delivery page on every plan, pay as you go included, and you can hide the Brakket name entirely.
Do my clients need an account?+
No. They book through a link and receive their media through a link. There is nothing for them to sign up for or remember.
What if a client pays me by cheque or e-transfer?+
Mark the order as paid and the downloads unlock. You can also switch off pay-to-unlock for clients you invoice monthly.
What is Brakket Edit?+
