Pricing Questions
How do I pick a plan?+
Pick a tier for your listings and a tier for your photo edits, and that's your plan. Not sure? Start from Lite, Essential or Ultimate and adjust. Each tier has one flat price, and the higher the tier, the less each listing and photo costs, down to $3.49 a listing and $0.31 a photo. You can change it any time.
How do the tiers work?+
Each tier is a number of listings or photo edits a month at one flat price each. Moving up a tier lowers the price of every one of them, and a higher tier always costs more in total than the one below it, so you only ever pay for what you choose.
What counts as a listing?+
One property you deliver media for. Bookings, reschedules, re-uploads, change requests and the property website all belong to that one listing and cost nothing extra.
What if I deliver more listings than my plan?+
Nothing stops. Each extra listing goes on that month's bill at your plan's own listing price, so going over costs the same as the listings on your plan.
What if I need more photo edits?+
Top up any time. Top-ups cost your photo tier's price, so a higher tier makes top-ups cheaper too. On Free, every photo is pay as you go.
How does Free work?+
There is no monthly fee. Add a card, and each listing you deliver is $4.99, added up and charged once at the start of the next month. Photo edits are $0.50 each, bought ahead as credits. A quiet month costs nothing.
How am I billed for listings?+
Once a month, on the 1st, for the listings you delivered the month before: every listing on Free, and only the ones past your plan otherwise. It's one charge to the card you keep on file, with a receipt, never a charge per listing. If a payment doesn't go through, new deliveries wait until it's settled; bookings and everything else keep working.
How do editing credits work?+
One credit edits one photo from your brackets, and decluttering takes 2 credits. A redo is one credit, like the first edit. Credits last two months: whatever you don't use in the month you get them carries over to the next, then expires.
Can I use Brakket Edit without the platform?+
Yes. Slide listings to zero and choose just your photo edits, or buy credits as you go. Edit at edit.brakket.app, and add listings later if you want bookings and delivery too.
Do you take a percentage of client payments?+
No. 100% of what your clients pay you is yours. Payments go to your own Stripe or Square account; you pay your processor's standard card fee and nothing to Brakket.
Do I need a card to start?+
No. Sign up and set up your studio, order form and services without one. You add a card when you deliver your first listing on Free, or when you choose a plan.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes. Any plan can be billed once a year for 10% off its monthly fee. Your photo edits still arrive every month, all year. Extra listings and top-up edits cost your tier's usual price, billed as they happen. Switch between monthly and yearly from your billing settings; the change starts when the period you've paid for ends.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, at any time from your billing settings. Taking more starts straight away, charged for the rest of your month or year; taking less starts from your next bill. Monthly plans have no contract. A yearly plan runs to the end of its year if you cancel.
Is white-label an extra?+
No. Your logo, colours, typefaces and layout are included on every plan, Free included, and you can hide the Brakket name entirely.
