Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?+
No. Your clients pay into your own Stripe or Square account and Brakket takes nothing from it. You pay Brakket for the listings you deliver and your processor its standard card fee, and that's it.
Is white-label really on every plan?+
Yes. Your logo, colours, typeface and layout apply to the order form and every delivery page on every plan, pay as you go included, and you can hide the Brakket name entirely.
Do my clients need an account?+
No. They book through a link and receive their media through a link. There is nothing for them to sign up for or remember.
What if a client pays me by cheque or e-transfer?+
Mark the order as paid and the downloads unlock. You can also switch off pay-to-unlock for clients you invoice monthly.
What is Brakket Edit?+
